Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CapsimSimulation, operated by Faisel Mahmuud (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By contacting us or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

CapsimSimulation provides educational tutoring and strategy guidance for Capsim business simulation products, including Capstone, Core, CompXM, Foundation, GlobalDNA, and OPS. Services include:

• Round strategy guidance delivered via WhatsApp or email.
• Live 1-on-1 Zoom tutoring sessions with screen sharing and real-time Q&A.
• BSC analysis, decision review, and submission preparation support.

All services are provided by Faisel Mahmuud personally. This is not an agency or multi-person team.

2. Academic Integrity

CapsimSimulation provides tutoring and educational guidance — the same type of assistance a university tutor, teaching assistant, or study group provides. We explain simulation mechanics, help students understand decision frameworks, and review strategy before submission.

You are responsible for understanding your institution’s academic integrity policies and determining whether the assistance you seek is permitted under those policies. We do not accept responsibility for any academic misconduct findings arising from your use of our services. By purchasing, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood your institution’s policy on simulation assistance.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required before strategy delivery or session confirmation. We accept PayPal, major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and other methods communicated at the time of order.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the strategy or guidance provided:

• Before delivery — full refund if we have not yet begun working on your order.
• After delivery — if the strategy we provided contained a clear factual error, we will revise it at no charge. Refunds after delivery are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Zoom sessions — no refunds for sessions that have been completed. If a session is cancelled with at least 2 hours’ notice, a full refund or reschedule is offered.

To request a refund or revision, contact us at info@capsimsimulation.com within 7 days of delivery.

5. Delivery and Turnaround

Standard turnaround for WhatsApp strategy orders is 2–4 hours after receipt of your simulation data. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on order volume and complexity. We respond to all messages within 30 minutes and will notify you of any delay.

6. Limitation of Liability

CapsimSimulation provides guidance based on sound simulation strategy principles. We cannot guarantee specific BSC scores, cohort rankings, or grade outcomes. Simulation results depend on competitor decisions, instructor grading, and other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All strategy documents, session recordings, and written guidance delivered to you are for your personal educational use only. You may not resell, distribute, or publish our work without written permission.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Texas, at our election.

CapsimSimulation is an independent tutoring service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Capsim Management Simulations, Inc.
