CapsimSimulation (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Faisel Mahmuud as an independent tutoring service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use capsimsimulation.com or contact us via WhatsApp or email.

We collect information you provide directly when you contact us or place an order:

• Contact information — your name, email address, and WhatsApp number.
• Simulation data — Capsim reports, screenshots, or round data you share with us to receive strategy guidance.
• Payment information — processed through third-party payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, or similar). We do not store your card details on our servers.
• Communication records — WhatsApp and email messages exchanged during service delivery.

We do not collect data through cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools beyond standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Deliver the tutoring service you requested and communicate updates about your order.
• Process payment and issue receipts.
• Respond to questions or follow-up requests you send via WhatsApp or email.
• Improve the quality and accuracy of our services based on past engagements.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in the course of operating this business:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — primary communication channel. Subject to Meta’s own privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

We retain your contact information and communication records for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, or as long as necessary to fulfil the service and comply with legal obligations. Simulation data and strategy files are deleted or anonymised after 6 months unless you request otherwise.

Our services are intended for university students aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
